Our policy lasts 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Thank you that the shipping costs for returning the items are the responsibility of the customer.
It is not possible to cancel an order in progress nor to refund an item which is in the course of delivery.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
We draw your attention to the need for you to check the completeness and conformity of the information you provide when ordering, in particular the delivery address. We could not under any circumstances be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences thereof.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return shipping costs must be paid by you. V ou should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
